摘要：
青年女性系统性红斑狼疮患者，急性起病，表现为急性肾损伤、突发无尿、急性心功能不全伴贫血、血小板减少,抗心磷脂抗体等自身抗体阳性、补体减低，反复感染。短期内心瓣膜病变进展至重度二尖瓣返流。经肾脏替代治疗、行二尖瓣置换术后心肾功能改善。随访半年后尿量恢复正常，1年后摆脱透析。

Abstract:
A 20yearold girl presented with acute kidney injury,suddenly anuria，acute heart failure,anemia and thrombocytopenia,with hypocomplementemia,positive antiphospholipid antibody and recurrent infection.Mitral regurgitation deteriorated quickly within a short time.Renal and heart function improved after renal replacement therapy and mitral valve replacement surgery.Six months later,her urine volume returned to normal and she got off dialysis one year later.
