摘要：
42岁男性患者，以贫血，全身多处淋巴结肿大、脾大起病，尿检示大量蛋白尿伴肾功能减退，淋巴结活检示Castleman病伴淀粉样变性，肾活检及脾脏病理均示AA型淀粉样变性。结合临床、病理最终诊断为多中心型Castleman病相关性AA型淀粉样变性。
关键词: Castleman病, 肾脏AA型淀粉样变性, 肾病综合征
Abstract:
A 42yearsold male was characterized by anemia, multiple lymph node enlargement, splenomegaly, mass proteinuria and renal function injury. Lymph node examination showed Castlemans disease with amyloidosis. Renal and spleen biopsy revealed AA amyloidosis. According to the clinical manifestation and histological change, the renal AA amyloidosis related to Castleman disease was considered.
