Abstract:  This  case  reports  a  34⁃year⁃old  male  kidney  transplant  recipient  who  developed  systemic  herpet⁃like virus onset with severe liver damage, pancreatic  function damage, and transplanted kidney  function impairment, and was eventually  confirmed  as  visceral  disseminated  herpes  zoster  infection  by  varicella  zoster  virus  IgM  positive.  He  was successfully treated with peniclovir,intravenous hormone,and human immunoglobulin.
