摘要: 肾脏作为人体重要的代谢器官,在水盐代谢、酸碱平衡及稳态维持中发挥着重要作用,这些作用高度依赖肾脏小球及小管上皮细胞对于离子的转运功能。claudin家族是细胞间连接结构中功能最重要的蛋白,广泛分布于肾小球、肾小管,参与一系列离子的细胞旁转运,因此claudin蛋白表达异常与多种肾脏疾病相关。了解claudin蛋白在肾脏的表达与分布可为蛋白尿、离子代谢紊乱等诊疗提供思路并利于疾病防治。

Abstract: As an important metabolic organ, the kidney plays an important role in water and salt metabolism, acid-base homeostasis and homeostasis maintenance, which are highly dependent on the ion transport function of renal glomeruli and tubular epithelial cells. Claudin protein expression abnormalities have been associated with a variety of renal diseases. Understanding the expression and distribution of Claudin proteins in the kidney can provide ideas for the treatment of proteinuria and ion metabolism disorders and facilitate disease prevention and treatment.
