摘要： 介绍国家科学技术部关于涉及中国人类遗传资源事项管理的服务指南,包括适用范围、办理条件、流程以及申请材料准备等。系统了解指南内容并规范执行,从而有效保护和合理利用中国人类遗传资源,推动科学研究以及转化医学的发展。
关键词: This article introduces the service guide for the management of human genetic resources in China issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China, including the scope of application, requirements, procedures, application materials, etc. Systematical understanding and standardized execution of the guide, will help to effectively protect and rationally utilize human genetic resources, further promote the development of scientific research and translational medicine.
