摘要: 在生物适应环境高温的过程中,表观遗传可能发挥了重要的作用。机体暴露在高温后,表观遗传通过三方面发挥了保护作用:(1)产生能够及时调整内环境的表型,如高表达热休克蛋白,维持机体稳态。(2)使机体处于“预警状态”,以快速应对今后可能再次面对的热刺激。(3)通过遗传机制将“适应性”表型记忆传递给后代,提高后代对热刺激的适应性。本文旨在回顾近年来表观遗传学在热损伤疾病中的相关研究,为开展热损伤相关疾病的研究提供思路。

Abstract: Epigenetics plays an important role in the process of biological adaptation to the environment. After the body is exposed to high temperature, epigenetics plays protective effects through three aspects: (1) produces phenotypes that can adjust the internal environment in time, such as high expression of heat shock proteins, to maintain the bodys homeostasis; (2) keeps the body in a “warning state”, to quickly respond to thermal stimuli that may be faced again soon; (3)Inherits the memory of the “adaptive” phenotype to the offspring, and improve adaptability of offspring to thermal stimuli. This review aims to review the related research on epigenetics in heat injury diseases in recent years, hoping to provide some ideas for research progress of heat related diseases.
