摘要： 近年来,空气污染作为全球严重公共卫生问题备受关注。而慢性肾脏病(CKD)的高发生率和高死亡率,使得研究空气污染与CKD发生发展的关联显得尤为重要。多项研究提示空气污染物,特别是颗粒污染物PM25的暴露率,与CKD的风险以及进展密切相关。本文将近年来PM25相关的CKD研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

In recent years, air pollution become a serious global public health problem attracts many attentions. Meanwhile, boththe incidence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and corresponding mortality were high. It was particularly important to study the relationship between air pollution and the incidence and disease progression of CKD. Several studies suggest that the exposure rate of air pollutants, especially particulate pollutant PM25, is closely related to CKD. We would review those researches in detail.
