摘要/Abstract

摘要： 危重症多神经肌病(critical illness polyneuromyopathy, CINM)的特点是运动神经纤维及感觉神经纤维的原发性轴突变性,以及由于去神经支配而造成的骨骼肌变性。因其发病机制不明确,在临床上容易被忽视,给预防及治疗带来一定的困难。CINM在移植领域鲜有报道,本文综述了肾移植受者CINM的高危因素、可能的发病机制及预防与治疗。

Abstract: Critical illness polyneuromyopathy (CINM), characterized by primary axonal degeneration of motor nerve fibers and sensory nerve fibers, as well as skeletal muscle degeneration caused by denervation, has rarely been reported in the field of transplantation, and because its pathogenesis is unclear, it is easy to be ignored in clinical practice, which brings some difficulties in prevention and treatment. The highrisk factors, pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of CINM in renal transplant recipient were reviewed.
