摘要： 近年来，类器官作为区别于传统二维细胞以及模式动物的一种全新研究手段开始受到学术界的关注，并开始在肾脏疾病领域应用。本文将对近期肾脏类器官的诱导方法，模型建立及其在疾病研究、药物有效性及肾毒性检测以及再生医学领域的应用进行综述。
Abstract: Recently,organoids have become a research focus owing to their advantages over the traditional 2D cell and animal models.In the field of nephrology,the protocols for generating kidney organoids have been gradually established.This review focuses on the different protocols and the applications of kidney organoids in disease modeling,drug screening as well as regenerative medicine.
