摘要： 随着互联网+医疗时代的到来，远程监控自动化腹膜透析（APD）是未来腹膜透析（PD）患者健康管理发展的趋势和方向。APD远程监控可以增加患者与医护团队的高水平互动，进行个体化管理，早期发现和解决问题，提高患者的依从性，减少因技术问题和临床并发症而发生再次入院的机会，更好应对突发公共事件，从而节省费用，提高患者生活质量。本文就远程监控在接受APD患者中的应用作一综述。

Abstract: With the advent of Internet + medical era,the application of automated peritoneal dialysis(APD) with remote monitoring and management is the development trend and direction in the future. Remote monitoring for APD could increase the high level of interaction with the medical team,carry out individualized management,detect and solve problems early,improve compliance of patients,reduce frequency of readmission due to technical problems and clinical complications,and better deal with public emergencies,enventually save costs and improve patients′ quality of life. This review summarizes the application of remote monitoring in APD patients.
