摘要：
患者为中年男性，慢性病程，以乏力起病，双侧肺门及纵隔对称性淋巴结肿大及全身多发性淋巴结肿大，伴贫血、高钙血症，血管紧张素转换酶增高，肾脏损害表现为血清肌酐升高，肾小管损伤指标升高，尿糖阳性及左肾结石。肾活检组织学表现为多核巨细胞性肉芽肿性间质性肾炎。该患者最终诊断为结节病。
Abstract:
A 42 yearold man presented with multiple lymphadenectasis，bilateral hilar adenopathy，anemia,hypercalcemia and nephrocalcinosis,and elevated angiotensinconverting level,as well as renal failure with tubular dysfunction.A renal biopsy showed numerous interstitial noncaseating wellformed granulomas with multinucleated giant cells called granulomatous interstitial nephritis.The final diagnosis was sarcoidosis.
