摘要：
老年男性患者，临床表现蛋白尿、血清肌酐轻度升高，伴有高血压，肾活检组织学改变为肾小球内皮细胞病变伴系膜溶解。该患者直肠癌术后肝脏转移，曾使用卡培他滨及贝伐珠单抗化疗。结合临床考虑贝伐珠单抗相关肾损害。
Abstract:
A 63yearold man presented with proteinuria, hypertension with an increase of serum creatinine. The patient was diagnosed as liver metastasis in 2013, and underwent chemotherapy and antiVEGF therapy. A renal biopsy showed glomerular endothelial cell lesion with mesangiolysis. The final diagnosis was glomerular disease related to bevacizumab.
