Abstract:

Druginduced tubularinterstitial injury is a common complication in numerous medical procedures, with variable clinical presentations ranging from  mild, reversible injury of renal functions to Endstage renal disease. The mechanisms of druginduced tubularinterstitial diseases may differ from various drugs. To improve the diagnosis and treatment, this paper will review the clinical presentations, pathology, pathogenesis, prevention and treatment of the  druginduced tubularinterstitial diseases.
