摘要： 64岁男性,以皮疹、多处淋巴结肿大起病,尿液检查提示少量蛋白尿,无明显镜下血尿,血清肌酐升高,溶血性贫血,抗核抗体、抗双链DNA抗体阳性,补体下降,血清IgG4水平升高,肾活检病理提示IgG4相关间质性肾炎。结合临床及病理最终诊断伴狼疮样表现的IgG4相关疾病。

Abstract: The patient was a male aged 64 year old with the following symptoms: rash and multiple enlarged lymph nodes. Laboratory examination results showed proteinuria, renal dysfunction, hemolytic anemia, antinuclear antibodies (ANAs) positivity, antidsDNA antibodies (AdsDNA) positivity, hypocomplementemia, and elevated serum IgG4 levels. Renal biopsy showed IgG4positiveplasma cell infiltration in renal interstitium. Based on the clinical and pathological manifestations, the patient was final diagnosed as IgG4 related disease with SLElike manifestations.
