摘要: 胆固醇具有形成结晶的特性,胆固醇结晶相关肾损害包括胆固醇结晶栓塞性肾病和肾小管间质胆固醇结晶相关损害。在动脉粥样硬化斑块形成早期,胆固醇结晶就已形成,对斑块的进展发挥重要作用,胆固醇晶体在斑块核心处引起物理损伤,促进细胞凋亡并引发局部和全身炎症反应。较大动脉的粥样硬化斑块脱落栓塞至肾小动脉,可引起胆固醇结晶栓塞性肾病,肾小管及肾间质胆固醇结晶或胆固醇肉芽肿亦非罕见。本文综述胆固醇在细胞内代谢过程,动脉粥样硬化斑块内胆固醇结晶形成原因,及其诱导炎症的细胞分子机制和肾脏损害的表现。

Abstract: Cholesterol has the property of forming crystals,and cholesterol crystalrelated kidney damage includes cholesterol crystal embolic nephropathy and renal tubular interstitial cholesterol crystalrelated damage.In early stage of atheromatous plaque formation,cholesterol crystals have formed,which played an important role in progress of plaque.Cholesterol crystals cause physical damages at the core of plaque and promote cell apoptosis,and cause local and systemic inflammation.The shedding of atherosclerotic plaques of larger arteries and embolization to renal arterioles can induce cholesterol crystal embolism nephropathy,and it is not uncommon to have cholesterol crystals or cholesterol granulomas in renal tubules or interstitium.This article reviews the process of cholesterol metabolism in cells, reasons for formation of cholesterol crystals in atherosclerotic plaques,cellular molecular mechanism of cholesterol crystals induced inflammation,and the performance of cholesterol crystals related kidney injury.
