摘要: 医学研究已进入大数据和精准化并行融合时代,对数学模型,信息材料等理论和技术的依赖大幅提升,单细胞图谱,基因组医学的交叉融合,催生了生命科学研究的新纪元。人工智能作为典型的交叉学科,正在以其强大的算力使得我们在更全面、更深入及更清晰的层次上理解和处理生命的复杂信息。在肾脏疾病领域,机器学习已经在疾病预测、患者分群、辅助诊断和治疗、基因组医学等领域得以应用。利用人工智能解决临床问题,构建基于复杂数据获取与整合利用的精准医学研究模式,将驱动临床医学的创新与发展。


Abstract: Medical research has entered the era of parallel fusion of big data and precision,the reliance on mathematical models,information materials and other theories and technologies has been greatly improved.The crossfusion of singlecell maps and genomic medicine has given birth to a new era of life science research.Artificial intelligence,as a typical crossdiscipline,is enabling us to understand and deal with the complex information of life at a more comprehensive,deeper and clearer level with its strong computing power.In the field of kidney disease,machine learning has been applied in disease prediction,patient clustering,aided diagnosis and treatment,genome medicine and other fields.Using artificial intelligence to solve clinical problems and constructing an accurate medical research model based on acquisition and integrated utilization of complex data will drive the innovation and development of clinical medicine.
