摘要:

单细胞及空间组学技术的蓬勃发展揭示了不同肾脏细胞的异质性及其在疾病中的分子重塑。基于患者肾活检组织的临床研究,在多种常见肾脏疾病中发现,多种肾脏细胞在免疫炎症、纤维化及修复过程中的关键分子变化和细胞间串扰的改变,推动了肾脏疾病从组织学分型向精细化分子分型的转变。尽管该技术在临床患者样本的实际应用中仍面临诸多挑战,但多组学的整合与人工智能的发展有望促进肾脏疾病的精准诊断与靶向治疗。

Abstract: The rapid advancement of single⁃cell and spatial omics technologies has unveiled the heterogeneity of renal cell populations and their molecular remodeling in disease states. Clinical studies based on renal biopsy specimens from patients have identified key molecular alterations and intercellular crosstalk among various renal cell types involved in immune inflammation, fibrosis, and tissue repair across different kidney diseases. These findings have driven the transition from traditional histopathological classification toward refined molecular subtyping. Although challenges remain in applying these technologies to clinical patient samples, the integration of multi⁃omics data and artificial intelligence holds great promise for precision diagnosis and targeted therapy of kidney diseases.
