摘要: 泛素-蛋白酶体系统(UPS)是细胞内调控蛋白质降解的重要系统,参与细胞内80%以上蛋白质的降解,对维持细胞稳态和功能具有重要的作用。近年来,UPS与足细胞功能开始受到广泛关注。本文就目前UPS与足细胞损伤的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: TUbiquitin-proteasome system (UPS) is essential for the regulation of various cellular functions by degradation of over 80% of cellular proteins, and is critical for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Recently, increasing evidences emphasize the involvement and importance of UPS in physiological and pathophysiological processes during podocyte injury. In this review, we provide the overview of UPSmediated proteostasis in podocyte injury.
