摘要: 血管通路是维持性血液透析患者的生命线,随着人口老龄化、糖尿病、高血压发病率的增加以及在透患者透析龄延长,血管通路建立及维护越来越困难。自1966年Bresia和Cimino首次外科手术建立自体动静脉内瘘以来,血管通路技术在半个多世纪的发展比较缓慢。近年来,新技术及新器械的陆续出现,使血管通路建立与维护突飞猛进。本文拟综述血液透析血管通路相关的技术进展,主要包括腔内技术建立自体动静脉内瘘、新型移植物材料建立移植物动静脉内瘘、药物涂层球囊、覆膜支架等。

Abstract: Vascular access is the lifeline of maintenance hemodialysis patients. With the aging of the population, increasing incidence of diabetes and hypertension, and prolonged dialysis age of dialysis patients, establishment and maintenance of vascular access are becoming more and more difficult. Since Bresia and Cimino first established autogenous arteriovenous fistula surgically in 1966, the development of vascular access technology has been relatively slow for more than half a century. However, in recent years, new technologies have emerged to establish and maintain vascular access. In this review,we will describe the technical progress related to vascular access in hemodialysis, such as endovascular techniques to establish autogenous arteriovenous fistulas, new graft materials to establish arteriovenous graft, and drug coated balloons, stents graft.
