摘要: 巨噬细胞具有高度异质性和可塑性,在组织发育、损伤与修复以及纤维化等多种生理病理过程中扮演着不同的角色。巨噬细胞作为关键的免疫细胞参与急性肾损伤(AKI)向慢性肾脏病(CKD)转化全过程,且在不同阶段发生动态变化并呈现高度多样性和功能特异性。而伴炎性细胞浸润的ARI极易向CKD转化,且预后较差,目前仍缺乏十分有效的防治手段。本文就巨噬细胞在AKI向CKD转化过程中的作用及机制研究进展作一综述,以期为寻找防止AKI向CKD发展的关键靶点、为制订治疗策略提供新的思路。

Abstract: Macrophages are characterized with high heterogeneity and plasticity, and play different roles in various physiological and pathological processes such as organ development, injury, repair and fibrosis. Macrophages, as key immune cells, participate in the whole process of transformation from acute kidney injury (AKI) to chronic kidney disease (CKD). The phenotype of macrophage changed dynamically in respond to renal microenvironment and showed high diversity and functional specificity. In addition, AKI with uncontrolled inflammatory cell infiltration is likely to transform into CKD leading to poor prognosis. At present, there is still a lack of effective prevention and treatment methods. This paper reviews the research progress on the role and mechanism of macrophages in transformation of AKI to CKD, in order to provide new ideas to prevent development of AKI to CKD and formulating treatment strategies.
