摘要: 急性肾损伤(AKI)是一种常见的临床症候,表现为肾功能在短时间内急剧下降,AKI 的发生往往伴随炎症反应、氧化应激和细胞凋亡等一系列病理过程。尽管现有的治疗方法有一定的疗效,但由于早期诊断困难且治疗手段有限,AKI 的发病率和致死率仍然较高。近年来,纳米材料的进展为 AKI 的治疗提供了新思路,药物通过纳米材料载体实现靶向递送,增强药物的生物利用度并减小不良反应。本文综述了纳米材料靶向递送药物治疗 AKI 的研究进展,重点介绍 AKI 纳米药物治疗的临床前研究现状。

Abstract: Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a common clinical symptom characterized by a sharp decline in renal function in a short period of time, and the occurrence of acute kidney injury is often accompanied by a series of pathological processes such as inflammatory response, oxidative stress and apoptosis. Despite the efficacy of existing treatments, the incidence and mortality of acute kidney injury are still high due to the difficulty of early diagnosis and limited treatment methods. In recent years, advances in nanomaterials have provided new ideas for the treatment of acute kidney injury, with targeted delivery of drugs through nanomaterial carriers, which enhanced drug bioavailability and reduced side effects. This paper reviews the research progress of nanomaterials for targeted drug delivery in the treatment of acute kidney injury, focusing on the current status of preclinical research on nanomedicine therapy for acute kidney injury.
