Abstract:

A 60yearold women suffering from moderatemajor proteinuria,hypoproteinemia and mild renal dysfunction,with hypertension,Sjgren syndrome,and immune thrombocytopenic purpura.Renal biopsy showed increased mesangial matrix with nodules.In combination with clinical considerations,idiopathic nodular glomerulosclerosis is considered.
