摘要:

摘要 研究发现液体复苏时可以优化血流动力学参数,但也可能带来液体超负荷而影响预后。同时发现复苏时使用的液体成分会增加急性肾损伤(AKI)风险。羟乙基淀粉会增加重症监护患者中重度AKI的风险;等渗生理盐水与平衡盐晶体液相比,其AKI发生率更高,同时也会导致肾脏血流灌注下降。对于有AKI或有AKI风险的危重患者,应该避免使用羟乙基淀粉液,甚至尽量减少生理盐水的使用。

Abstract:

ABSTRACT It has been founf that the fluid resuscitation may be benefit to hemodynamic goals, however, it needs to be weighed against the harm associated with fluid overload. The composition of intravenous fluid may affect the risk of AKI. Hydroxyethyl starches increase the risk of severe AKI in ICU patients. Isotonic saline has been associated with greater incidence of AKI and in the reduction of renal perfusion in comparison to balanced solutions. In critcally ill patients with, or at risk of AKI, clinicians should avoid starch and possibly, saline solutions.
