摘要：

摘要 50岁男性患者，病程2年余，以皮肤瘙痒、皮疹起病，半年后出现淋巴结肿大及尿检异常，入院半年前发现血肌酐升高。淋巴结及骨髓组织活检结果为套细胞淋巴瘤，肾活检组织学见间质片状分布的B淋巴细胞浸润为主、肾小球病变轻。最后诊断套细胞淋巴瘤致肾间质浸润。

关键词: 非霍奇金淋巴瘤, 套细胞淋巴瘤, 膜增生性肾小球肾炎, 间质性肾炎

Abstract:

ABSTRACT A 50-year-old man had presented with skin eruption, pruritus, lymph node enlargement and abnormal urinanalysis for 2 years. Renal histological examination showed predominantly B-cell lymphocytic infiltrated into renal interstitium. Neck lymphnode biopsy and bone marrow biopsy showed mantle cell lymphoma. The final diagnosis was mantle cell lymphoma in the infiltration of renal interstitium.
