摘要:

摘 要: 巨噬细胞在肾组织浸润及活化在慢性肾脏疾病发生发展中发挥重要作用。巨噬细胞是一种异质性细胞,不同的活化表型发挥不同的生物学效应。M1型活化具有促炎症及促纤维化作用,而M2型活化可能发挥抗纤维化及促进组织修复作用。本文就有关巨噬细胞的活化状态在肾脏疾病中作用的新近研究进展进行综述,并对通过调节巨噬细胞功能来治疗肾脏疾病的前景做出展望。

Abstract:

ABSTRACT: Macrophage infiltration and activation plays an important role in the progression of chronic kidney diseases (CKD). Macrophages comprise a heterogeneous population of cells. Different activation phenotype macrophages play different function. M1 phenotype macrophages promote tissue inflammation and fibrosis, however M2 phenotype macrophages may play anti-fibrotic function and promote tissue repair. The present review provides an in-depth account of the role of activation phenotype macrophages in progression of CKD, and looks forward to using regulation of macrophage function as a tool to treat kidney diseases in the future.
