摘要:

摘要  随着糖皮质激素(GC)广泛应用于临床治疗,由其诱导的骨质疏松症(GIOP)所带来骨量丢失、骨重建功能减退及骨脆性增加等病理现象越来越常见。有证据表明,GIOP主要与GC通过糖皮质激素受体影响成骨细胞、破骨细胞及骨细胞的正常生物学功能有关。本文主要简述糖皮质激素受体介导的转录因子在调控特定基因及蛋白的表达,以及参与骨系统相关细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡中的作用。

Abstract:

ABSTRACT  Glucocorticoid has been widely used in clinic. Glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis is one of the most severe complications of glucocorticoid treatment. It certificates that this effect is mainly related to receptor mediated mechanism. The present review provides an in-depth account of GR-mediated transcriptional regulation of specific genes engaged in the proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis of bone cells.
