Expression of B lymphocyte stimulator in the renal tissues of patients with primary Sjögren Syndrome

摘要:

目的:检测B细胞激活因子(B lymphocyte stimulator, BlyS)在原发性干燥综合征(primary Sjögren Syndrome, pSS)患者肾组织中的表达,并比较在高丙种球蛋白(IgG)与丙种球蛋白正常两组患者中BlyS表达的差异。 方法:选取我科住院诊断为pSS,并且合并肾脏损害的34例患者的肾活检标本,按血清IgG水平,分为高IgG组(IgG³1660 mg/dl)和正常IgG组(IgG<1660 mg/dl),应用免疫荧光方法观察BlyS在肾组织中的表达,以5例正常肾脏组织作为对照,采用one way ANOVA分析法比较在IgG与正常IgG两组患者中BlyS表达的差异。结果:免疫荧光结果显示:(1BlyS在肾脏组织的表达在正常肾脏组织中,无或仅少量BlyS表达;而在pSS患者肾脏组织中可看到浸润的炎性细胞特异性荧光亮染,BlyS主要表达细胞膜上。在肾脏小管间质区和肾小球中浸润的炎细胞中都有BlyS的表达。(2)高IgG组与正常IgG两组患者肾脏组织BlyS表达的差异以荧光强度反映BlyS表达差异,我们发现正常IgG组患者肾组织BlyS表达高于高IgG组(P=0.03)。结论:pSS患者肾脏组织BlyS表达显著高于正常对照,其不仅表达在肾小管间质浸润的炎性细胞表面,而且在肾小球炎细胞中也有表达。

Abstract:

 ObjectiveTo investigate the expression of B lymphocyte stimulator (BlyS) in the renal tissues of patients with primary Sjögren syndrome pSS.  MethodologyAll patientswho diagnosed as pSS and admitted to our hospitalwere retrospectively analyzed. Renal biopsy was performed on 34 patients. The expression of BlyS in the renal tissues was detected by indirect immunofluorescence. The renal tissues from 5 healthy people were selected as normal controls. One way ANOVA analysis was used for the statistics.  Results Immunofluorescence revealed that BlyS was expressed in the inflammation cells distributed in both renal interstitium and glomerulum, but there was hardly no BlyS expression in normal controls. The expression density of BlyS in patients with hypergammaglobulin was significantly higher than that in patients with normal serum IgGP=0.03. ConclusionBlyS was expressed in the inflammation cells distributed in both renal interstitium and glomerulum The expression of BlyS in the renal tissues of pSS patients was significantly higher than that of normal controls. The level of serum IgG affected the expression level of BlyS in renal biopsied sections.
