Physical exercise and  mineralbone disorder  in chronic kidney disease

Abstract:

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) has become the global public health problem,which have significant effects on bone and mineral metabolism,the international academia named this phenomenon of chronic kidney disease mineral and bone abnormality(CKDMBD). It is known that the effect of exercise on improving physical function of the general population is suit for CKD patients,and the decline in physical function of dialysis patients may also be improved through exercise intervention,including aerobic exercise and resistant exercise. We should incorporate exercise into the daily care of dialysis patients,and determine the optimal training program based on the patients characteristics or needs.
