Abstract: Cardiacrenal syndrome refers to a clinical syndrome in which the function of heart and kidney in affected and aggravated by each other, resulting in the rapid deterioration of cardiorenal function. The pathogenesis of this is complicated. This article focuses on common signaling pathways involved in heart and kidney injury, including angiotensin Ⅱ, Wnt／βcatenin pathway, TWEAK／Fn14 pathway, Ca2+CaNNFAT signal pathway, TGFβ／Smad pathway, etc, trying to explain relationship and regulation between heart and kidney, providing research ideas for developing new drug targets and theoretical basis for clinical research and treatment.
