Abstract:
FcγRs are members of the immunoglobulin superfamily of proteins and are found on many haematopoietic lineages. FcγRⅡB is a singlechain molecule that contains an immunereceptor tyrosinebased inhibitory motif (ITIM) in its cytoplasmic domain. FcγRⅡB dysfunction can result in systemic autoimmune diseases, such as systemic lupus erythematosus,Kawasaki disease and Ankylosing Spondylitis. This review is focus on recent studies on the correlation of FcγRⅡBI232T polymorphisms with susceptibility, activity and treatment response of autoimmune disease.
