Abstract:

Peritoneal dialysis (PD)associated peritonitis is the most common complication of PD and is one of the main reasons for the dropout of PD patients.In clinical practice, early diagnosis,active prevention and treatment should be carried out,and the concept of active prevention should be strengthened,PDrelated peritonitis can be significantly prevented.Once PDrelated peritonitis occured,the related factors should be removed and antibiotics should be used reasonably.This review summarizes the latest progress in the diagnosis,prevention and treatment of PDrelated peritonitis.
