Abstract:

A 48yearold woman presented with edema，heave proteinuria and hypertension.The patient was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2017 and underwent chemotherapy and antivascular endothelial growth factor therapy.A renal biopsy showed membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis with mesangiolysis,and deposition of immunoglobulin and complement  the final diagnosis was glomerular disease related to antiVEGF therapy with immune complex associated glomerulonephritis.
