Abstract:
Myeloidderived suppressor cells (MDSCs) are a heterogeneous population of immature myeloid cells that can suppress T cell responses, play an important role in maintaining the immune balance and the development of chronic kidney disease. Due to the heterogeneity of MDSCs, the cells phenotype and mechanism has not been fully elucidated. This paper will review the study of MDSCs source, phenotype identification and its role in kidney disease.
