Abstract: In recent years，the development and application of therapeutic drugs for systemic light chain （AL） amyloidosis have greatly improved the survival rate of AL patients. However，the related side effects of these drugs，especially cardiac toxicity，seriously affect the quality of life and survival rate of patients. Therefore，the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular toxicity，monitoring of cardiovascular complications，and timely management are of great significance. This article provides a review of cardiovascular adverse reactions caused by therapeutic drugs for AL type amyloidosis.
