摘要：
糖尿病肾脏疾病是糖尿病最严重的并发症之一，是导致终末期肾病的主要病因之一。现有糖尿病肾病治疗药物较单一，疗效不尽人意，亟需基于其发病机制的崭新治疗方法来延缓疾病进展乃至改善病情，因此本文综述糖尿病肾病治疗的研究进展。
Abstract:
Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is one of the most severe complication of diabetes mellitus and the incidence and prevalence of it continue to grow dramatically. DKD is the second cause of endstage renal disease recently. However no current single treatment has been able to reverse or at least slow down DKD progression. Here we review several emerging strategies which are based on new investigations and pathogenetic mechanisms.
