Abstract:

ABSTRACT
55-year-old male presented with nephrotic syndrome, renal dysfunction, anemia and hypocomplementemia for 2 months. Renal biopsy showed strongly PAS-positive in mesangial areas and along GBM．Immunofluerescence indicated glomerular positive staining for IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, κ and λ light chain．Ultrastructral examination showed electron dense deposits in subendothelial regions．On high magnification, the deposits were composed of microtubules with distinct hollow centers and mussy arrangement. His final diagnosis was immunotactoid glomerulopathy．
