摘要老年女性患者，蝮蛇咬伤后出现持续无尿、肝酶、肌酶升高、血肌酐进行性升高，肾活检证实为急性肾小管坏死，管型肌红蛋白染色阳性，电镜下观察到肾小管上皮细胞巨大线粒体，最终诊断多器官功能障碍综合征、横纹肌溶解症、急性肾小管坏死。

Abstract:

A 63-year-old woman was bitten by agkistrodon on her left foot, then the laboratory examination showed elevation of serum liver enzymes, muscle enzymes, and creatinine progressively increased. Renal biopsy showed acute tubular necrosis and myoglobin casts. The final diagnosis was multiple organ dysfunction syndrome, rhabdomyolysis and acute tubular necrosis.
