摘要:心血管疾病是慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者最常见的致死原因。成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF23)在慢性肾脏病中明显升高,且与左心室肥厚和心血管事件发生率密切相关。其机制包括FGF23激活肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统,非klotho依赖促进左心室肥厚等。针对降低FGF23干预性治疗目前尚无定论。低磷饮食、磷结合剂与西那卡塞可降低CKD患者FGF23水平,但其有效性还需要进一步的临床研究加以评价。

Abstract:

Abstract: Cardiovascular diseases are the most common causes of death in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). It has been reported that fibroblast growth factor 23 (FGF23) was significantly higher in CKD, and correlated with the incidence of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) and cardiovascular events. The mechanism of FGF23 included activation of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, promoting LVH without klotho and et al. Intervention therapy to reduce FGF23 remains inconclusive. Low phosphorus diet, phosphate binders and cinacalcet could reduce the level of FGF23 in CKD patients. However, its effectiveness still need further clinical studies to be evaluated
