摘要:

摘  要  对Arrestin家族的研究是当今生物学信号转导领域的热点之一。 近年对肾素-血管紧张素系统(renin-angiotensin system,RAS)认识有重要突破。血管紧张素Ⅱ 1型受体(AT1R)属于G蛋白偶联受体,当血管紧张素Ⅱ激活1型受体后,其下游除传统的G蛋白信号途径,还有新认识的β-arrestin信号通路,两者相互独立。本综述概括了近年来β-arrestin在血管紧张素Ⅱ信号通路中的研究进展,尤其β-arrestin依赖性信号通路的新进展。 

Abstract:

Abstract: Arrestin family has recently drawn much attention in signal transduction research, including RAS (renin-angiotensin-systerm)signaling. It has been found that there are two independent signal pathways following the activation of angiotensinⅡreceptor type 1 (AGT1R) by angiotensinⅡ (AngⅡ):G-protein signal pathway and β-arrestin signal pathway. This review article summarizes the role of β-arrestin in Ang Ⅱsignal pathway, particularly focusing on β-arrestin signal pathway.
