摘要：肾移植是目前治疗终末期肾脏疾病的最理想方法，但供肾的短缺成为制约肾移植发展的重要因素。活体肾移植在一定程度上解决了供肾短缺的问题，极大地缩短了肾移植受者的等待时间。目前活体肾移植方面大量的研究和临床指南均聚焦于受者移植肾的预后和潜在供者的筛查，尽管近年来也开始提倡活体供者的术后随访，但对于活体供者的心理学问题的关注仍较缺乏。本文就活体肾移植供者心理学问题方面的文献做一综述。

Abstract:

ABSTRACT: Kidney transplantation is the most cost-effective option for the treatment of end stage renal disease, but the shortage of donors is a great drawback of this method worldwide. Living kidney transplantation is to some extent solving this problem, and greatly shortening the waiting time of recipients. So far, clinical researches and guidelines have predominantly focused on the follow-up of the recipients, yet the attention of the psychological issues of living kidney donors is still lacking.
