摘要:

摘  要    JAK/STAT通路是一条由多种细胞因子和生长因子介导的信号转导通路,参与细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡、细胞迁移、免疫调节及炎症等生理过程。研究证实,JAK/STAT通路可积极介导肾间质纤维化中的巨噬细胞、肌成纤维细胞和肾小管上皮细胞的病理性活化及损伤,对肾间质纤维化进程具有重要调控作用。深入研究JAK/STAT通路的作用机制,不仅可以进一步明确肾间质纤维化的炎症通路作用网络,还可以为其肾间质纤维化的干预治疗提供新的作用靶点。

Abstract:

ABSTRACT   JAK/STAT pathway is the principal signaling mechanism for a variety of cytokines and growth factors. JAK activation stimulates cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, migration, immune regulation and inflammation. The recent research has verified that JAK/STAT pathway could regulate progression of tubular-interstitial fibrosis through mediating pathological activation and injury of macrophages, myo-fibroblasts and tubular epithelial cells. Further investigation on the mechanisms of signal transduction by JAK/STAT pathway could help us to better understand the inflammation network in renal fibrosis and provide the new targets for intervention treatment.
