摘要：

摘要本文报道1例重症系统性红斑狼疮患者，出现严重的血小板减少伴支气管出血，肾脏损害为狼疮性肾炎IV型伴血栓性微血管病，急性胰腺炎，同时头颅MRI检查发现颅内环形强化病灶。经积极治疗，患者全身狼疮活动控制，各器官功能改善，但颅内病灶增大，经脑活检诊断为颅内曲霉菌感染，予手术切除病灶及抗曲霉菌治疗，预后良好。

Abstract:

ABSTRACT We reported a patient of severe systemic lupus erythematosus, had thrombocytopenia with bronchohemorrhage, lupus nephritis with thrombotic microangiopathies, acute pancreatitis, and craniocerebral ring-enhancing lesion found by MRI. The activity of lupus and the function of organs was improved with therapy, while the craniocerebral lesion was aggravated, then brain biopsy was performed to diagnose craniocerebral aspergillosis, surgical excision followed by antifungal therapy were given and the patient had a good outcome.
