摘要： 移植肾失功受者临床治疗的主要难点包括慢性肾脏病并发症管理、透析开始的最佳时机和方式、免疫抑制剂调整、移植肾切除指征及风险等,需要移植科和肾科医师共同诊治,使肾移植失功受者长期获益。本文拟探讨对移植肾失功受者的临床管理。

Abstract: The main difficulties for treatment of patients with failing kidney allografts include chronic kidney disease complication management, timing of initiation and modality of dialysis, management of immunosuppression, allograft nephrectomy. Patients with failing allograft need to be treated jointly by transplantation surgeons and nephrologists, which is conducive to the longterm benefits. This review summarized clinical management points of patients with failing kidney allografts.
