Abstract: Ｏｂｊｅｃｔｉｖｅ：To observe clinical effect of ultrasoundguided percutaneous insertion of peritoneal dialysis(PD) catheters with the Seldinger technique,evaluate the complication,outcome and catheter survival rate in these patients.Ｍｅｔｈｏｄｏｌｏｇｙ：Clinical features,intra and postoperative characteristics,postoperative complication and catheter technique survival rate of patients with the percutaneous Seldinger method of PD catheters insertion recruited from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were followed up for at least half a year.Ｒｅｓｕｌｔｓ：A total of 49 patients were included with a mean age of 441±133 years old.Catheter insertion time was 234±242 minutes,the length of abdominal incision was 26±03 cm.Initial PD treatment began on average 12 hours after catheterization.Intraperitoneal hemorrhage about 20 ml occurred in 1 case during the operation,and the hemorrhage disappeared after being rinsed with dialysate.Two cases of hemorrhagic dialysate occurred postoperatively,and disappeared 3 days later.Leakage with hernia,catheter displacement and omental wrapping occurred 3 days postoperatively in each 1 case.None of the patients had peritonitis,incision infection,tunnel infection,poor healing,etc.One patient underwent hemodialysis treatment due to omental wrapping 1 month after catheterization,1 case of catheter was removed after renal function recovery 1 month after catheterization.Ｃｏｎｃｌｕｓｉｏｎ：Ultrasoundguided Seldinger percutaneous peritoneal dialysis catheterization is a relatively safe,simple,less invasive and less complicated technique,which is worthy spreading.
