摘要: 多种信号传导通路参与了包囊壁层上皮细胞(PEC)的活化、增生和迁移,进而导致肾小球毛细血管外增生性病变(新月体形成)和肾小球局灶节段硬化。本文从促进PEC的活化和增殖的信号通路、PEC与足细胞的交叉对话、PEC向足细胞的表型转化三个方面,更新了PEC活化的分子标记、PEC与足细胞相互影响的部分病理机制的研究进展。

Abstract: Multiple signaling pathways are involved in the activation,proliferation,and migration of Bowmans parietal epithelial cell (PEC),leading to formation of glomerular extracapillary hyperplasia (crescent) and focal segmental glomerulosclerosis.The purpose of this paper is to review the mechanisms and pathological characteristics of PEC lesions from three aspects:signal pathways that promote the activation and proliferation of PEC,crosstalk between PEC and podocyte,and phenotypic transformation of PEC to podocyte.
