Abstract:

ABSTRACT A 50-year-old man had presented with skin eruption, pruritus, lymph node enlargement and abnormal urinanalysis for 2 years. Renal histological examination showed predominantly B-cell lymphocytic infiltrated into renal interstitium. Neck lymphnode biopsy and bone marrow biopsy showed mantle cell lymphoma. The final diagnosis was mantle cell lymphoma in the infiltration of renal interstitium.
