Abstract:

ABSTRACT A 64-years-old female was characterized by gross hematuria, renal dysfunction, high globulin, anemia, lower serum C3 level, hypercalcemia and hypertension. Bone marrow showed 45.5% of plasma cells and free light chain κ/λ ratio was abnormal. Serum immunofixation showed monoclonal IgG-λ positive. However, renal biopsy showed C3 glomerulonephritis. The final diagnosis was multiple myeloma associated with C3 glomerulonephritis
