Abstract:

IgG4related kidney disease which is an immunemediated inflammatory fibrosis disease refers to all the kidney involvements of IgG4related disease.It can be presented as tubulointerstitial nephritis,glomerular disease,retroperitoneal fibrosis,renal inflammatory pseudotumor,chronic sclerosis pyelitis,and renal arteritis.IgG4related kidney disease has been found to most commonly manifest as IgG4related tubulointerstitial nephritis,followed by IgG4related membranous nephropathy.This article focuses on the pathological patterns and characteristics of IgG4related kidney disease.
