A patient with systemic lupus erythematosus and antiphospholipid syndrome

Abstract:

A 20yearold girl presented with acute kidney injury,suddenly anuria,acute heart failure,anemia and thrombocytopenia,with hypocomplementemia,positive  antiphospholipid antibody and recurrent infection.Mitral regurgitation deteriorated quickly within a short time.Renal and heart function improved after renal replacement therapy and mitral valve replacement surgery.Six months later,her urine volume returned to normal and she got off dialysis one year later.
