摘要:

摘 要 斑马鱼的肾单位结构、功能和分子组成与高等哺乳动物后肾高度保守,已广泛应用于肾脏领域的研究。文章介绍了斑马鱼肾脏的基本生物学特征,阐述了斑马鱼在肾脏发育、肾小球和足细胞疾病、急性肾损伤和肾脏再生和多囊性肾病等领域的应用。斑马鱼模型适合于多重基因编辑及高通量基因功能筛查,是功能基因组学研究中极具前景的动物模型,文章对此进行了展望。

Abstract:

ABSTRACT Zebrafish has emerged as a new vertebrate model system for kidney research. Zebrafish kidney is structurally, molecularly and functionally conserved, and the rendering zebrafish is a valuable and relevant model for studying kidney development and diseases. In this paper, the biological characteristics of zebrafish kidney, as well as its potential model for human kidney development and diseases are reviewed. At last, the prospects of zebrafish in functional genomics research are also discussed.
